Webinar on the Impact of EU Elections on Agri-trade, Sustainability, Nutrition and Food safety policies
SACAR organised an online event on the Impact of EU Elections on Agri-trade, Sustainability, Nutrition and Food safety policies which took place on 2 July, and was attended by 47 participants under Chatham House rules (no personal attribution of comments).
The panel constituted of Angelo DI MAMBRO, Euractiv’s Editor for EU agriculture and food policies, Will SURMAN, FoodDrinkEurope’s Deputy Director-General & Director, Strategic Communications, Public Affairs and ESG, and Nina ELZER, CEEREAL’s (European Breakfast Cereal Association) Senior Public Affairs and Communications Manager discussed the EU Parliamentary Elections and the anticipated Commission from a political and institutional perspective, as well as looking at the impact of the elections on relevant dossiers for SACAR members in sustainability, trade, nutrition and food safety.
